At Cornwall Wildlife Trust we work with partner organisations to help you ensure your wishes are carried out. You can make a Will face to face with Lacuna Wills (professional Will writers) or online in three easy steps with Make a Will Online.

Make a Will with a professional Will writer

We are really grateful to Lacuna Wills who support Cornwall Wildlife Trust by offering a number of free Wills each year to our supporters. Lacuna Wills' founder, Christopher Fooks, shares our vision to create a Cornwall where nature thrives and partners with us by helping our supporters write their Wills.

Get in touch with Chris and mention that you are a Cornwall Wildlife Trust supporter to see if Lacuna Wills can help you.

Make a Will Online

We work with Make a Will Online to help supporters turn their intention to make a Will into a reality. You can make a solicitor checked Will securely and conveniently in minutes - and for free! Click here to start.

Cornwall Wildlife Trust will learn about the existence of your Will and any gifts you leave if you do this. This will enable us to thank you and invite you to special events for those who are supporting us in this special way.

You will also benefit from free access to Capacity Vault. The best way to protect the wishes in your will online.

Make a free Will

When you use the Make a Will Online service we learn about the existence and amount of any pledges. If you want to keep this information completely confidential, please use this link to make your Will online. We won’t learn anything about gifts left this way.

Make a Will with a solicitor

Some people would rather speak with a solicitor. Perhaps because they have a have a high value estate (details here) or complex requirements - or simply because this is what feels right to them. Cornwall Wildlife Trust cannot advise you about how to write your Will and you need to be comfortable with your decision. If you want to find a solicitor you can do so at the Law Society.

Please make sure your solicitor uses our full details.  Our name: Cornwall Wildlife Trust, our charity number: 214929 and our registered address: Cornwall Wildlife Trust, Five Acres, Allet, Truro TR4 9DJ
